Terms
These short terms cover the current public beta of TailVideos. They are intentionally plain and may tighten as the product matures.
Your uploads
Upload only clips and photos you captured yourself or have the right to submit. Do not upload material that is misleading, infringing, unsafe for public display, or unrelated to aircraft media.
Publishing and removal
We may process, trim, watermark, transcode, and extract stills from submitted clips. We may resize, normalize, enrich, and prepare submitted photos for publication and third-party upload assistance. We may refuse, unpublish, or remove media that fails quality or safety checks.
By uploading, you allow TailVideos to publish your clip on TailVideos and display or embed it in TailExchange aircraft listings and related TailExchange pages with creator credit.
By uploading photos, you allow TailVideos, TailExchange, and affiliates to host, display, embed, resize, distribute, and help submit those photos across affiliated properties and connected uploader workflows with creator credit under a non-exclusive license. You keep ownership of your photos.
Service changes
The product is still evolving. Features, states, and retention rules may change as we harden the system for long-term use.
