We store your sign-in identity, creator profile fields, upload history, and settings needed to operate the site.

Uploaded video, derived stills, and extracted aircraft metadata are stored so clips can be published here and embedded into TailExchange later.

Uploaded photos, derived previews, extracted registration data, and enrichment metadata may also be stored so photos can be published across Tail Group properties and prepared for JetPhotos submission assistance.

We use logs, queue state, and processing metadata to keep uploads durable, recover from failures, and improve clip quality.
